# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It takes less time than ordering delivery, and you probably already have everything you need in the freezer.
  • The air fryer makes them ridiculously crispy without any oil splatter or guilt from deep frying.
  • They come out hot, melty, and exactly the kind of comfort food that makes everyone happy.
02 -
  • Never crowd the basket, or you'll end up with some sticks crispy and others still pale and limp.
  • A light spray of oil before cooking takes them from good to restaurant quality, with an extra crackle on the outside.
  • Reheating leftovers never works the same way. The cheese leaks out and leaves you with hollow shells, so just eat them all the first time.
03 -
  • Keep a bag of frozen mozzarella sticks in your freezer at all times. You never know when a craving will strike, and they're cheaper than takeout.
  • If you want to impress someone, serve them on a wooden board with a few dipping sauces in small bowls. It's the same snack, but suddenly it looks intentional.
