01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

03 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, hulled and sliced if necessary

04 - 2/3 cup granola, gluten-free if required
05 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, optional
06 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut, optional
# Directions:
01 - Line a rimmed baking sheet approximately 9 by 13 inches with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
03 - Using a spatula or spoon, evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
04 - Distribute the fresh berry assortment evenly across the surface of the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle granola, mini chocolate chips, and shredded coconut (if using) over the yogurt and berries.
06 - Gently press toppings into the yogurt with a spatula or your hand to secure them.
07 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt bark becomes completely firm.
08 - Break the bark into pieces and serve immediately. Store remaining pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
