# Directions:
01 - In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, lime juice, grated ginger, and honey. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Pass the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp, pressing firmly to extract maximum liquid.
03 - Pour sparkling water into the pitcher and stir gently to combine without reducing carbonation.
04 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the pineapple-ginger mixture over the ice.
05 - Top each glass with pineapple wedges, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
