# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It comes together in five minutes, which means you can actually enjoy your friends instead of hiding behind the bar.
  • The tartness of the lime and brightness of the raspberries make you feel like you're drinking something actually good for you.
  • It works as a mocktail or a cocktail, so everyone at your table gets to have the same beautiful drink.
02 -
  • If you over-muddle and crush the raspberry seeds, they can make the drink bitter, so be firm but not aggressive.
  • Don't let this drink sit for more than a few minutes before serving, or the ice will dilute the whole thing into something sad.
03 -
  • Room-temperature fruit releases its juice faster than cold fruit, so don't feel like you need to refrigerate the raspberries and lime before muddling.
  • If you're making this for a crowd, pre-slice your limes and keep them in a small bowl so you're not fumbling with a cutting board behind the bar.
