# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey and matcha powder, whisking until smooth and evenly colored throughout.
02 - Rinse strawberries under cold water, remove hulls, and slice into even pieces.
03 - In each of 4 clear glasses or jars, begin with 2-3 tablespoons of matcha yogurt at the bottom. Add a layer of sliced strawberries, followed by 2-3 tablespoons of granola. Repeat layering until glasses are filled, finishing with yogurt topped with strawberry slices.
04 - Top each parfait with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately for optimal texture, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
